How rates are calculated
Each size has its own shipping rate, added to a zone base fee. An order of several bags sees its rate follow the real weight of the parcel — fairer than a flat fee.
Lead times
Orders are prepared within preparation time — to complete. Indicative transit times by zone: transit times by zone — to complete. These run from dispatch; customs can extend them.
Track your parcel
A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. You will also find it in your account, under Orders.
Customs duties
For deliveries outside the shipping zone, import duties or taxes may apply. They are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the amount paid on the site.
